About Kelsey

Before opening her practice, she worked in inpatient addiction treatment, as a behavioral interventionist, and as a career coach. She’s also runs her own business— understanding the real pressure professionals face behind the scenes. Long story short:

  • Practical insight into burnout, identity shifts, and performance pressure

  • A down-to-earth, no-pressure approach grounded in real-life experience backed by evidence-backed modalities

Education & Training

  • Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, & Family Counseling – thousands of clinical training and clinical hours since 2020

  • EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Level 1 & 2 trained, totaling 50 hours composing of didactic, practicum, and consultation

  • IFS training with a Level III clinician – integrating parts work into therapy

  • Member of the American Counseling Association

Kelsey is a licensed professional counselor in Kansas (KS LPC #04511), pursuing independent clinical licensure under supervision with Janee Ackerley (KS LCPC #03029).
