Opening Moments Counseling has meant opening a space where individuals from varying backgrounds can come, be seen, and feel heard by clinicians who care and never stop learning. I am so glad you're here!
One of the first roles I had in the mental health field was at an in-patient drug & alcohol rehab. It was there I learned that most people are trying to live life in recovery from the past hurts and present struggles in one way or another.
If you are struggling with negative self beliefs, trauma triggers, or anxiety, please reach out to schedule your first EMDR Therapy Intensive. This is a three day (2 hours/day) commitment that jumpstarts your healing journey quicker than standard weekly therapy. I am incredibly passionate about this evidence-based treatment.
Session Fee's
Standard 50-minutes: $150/session
EMDR Therapy Intensive 110-minutes: $390/session
Forms of payment accepted: All major credit and debit cards, cash, and FSA/HSA accounts. I am not paneled with insurance.
